DMC's SOFT SURF HELMET (SSH) is a thermoformed headpiece with a peak and neck protector, crafted from non-porous NBR foam encased in nylon elastane. It's designed to protect against reasonable impacts in extreme water sports, weighing less than 100g and allowing water flow to prevent ballooning or head removal during face plants. The unique Flip-Top-Peak can remain up or down without obstructing vision during duck dives or other underwater activities, and springs back to its peak position upon resurfacing. The neck flap provides sun and wind protection, keeping you comfortable in cold weather and shielding you from harmful UV rays. DMC's SSH offers excellent audio capabilities, allowing you to hear everything necessary for normal surfing or water activities.
